Kathy Strauss of ImageWerks Announces Her Contribution to Global Anthology The Essence of a Woman: Unleash the Feminine Soul

The new book unites inspiring women from eleven countries, featuring figures such as Tiffany Haddish, Dr. Khalilah Camacho Ali (former wife of Muhammad Ali), and HRH Princess Dr. Moradeun Ogunlana, UN Ambassador from Nigeria.

Kathy Strauss, Creationeer of ImageWerks, proudly announces her contribution as an author to the newly released global anthology The Essence of a Woman: Unleash the Feminine Soul. This inspiring collection brings together the voices of women from eleven countries, sharing personal stories of growth, empowerment, and healing through the Six Pillars of Health: Spiritual, Mental, Physical, Emotional, Social, and Financial. The book was released on Amazon on October 18, 2024 and went International Best-selling that same day. The book is also on Barnes & Noble. It is available on both sites in paperback, hardcover, and e-book format.

In 2022, Ms Strauss took a leap of faith to start writing about how creativity had become her strength and lifeline while caregiving for her husband. With his passing, she began writing and sharing more about how creativity helped her and her dream of writing to help others is now coming to fruition with her first two published collaborative books, Ignite Your Faith (June 2023) and Health-a-Pedia: Putting Together the Pieces in Foundational Health (September 2023). and her forthcoming solo book: Kaleidoscope: Redesigning Your Life: Tapping into your inner artist for healing and inspiration (forthcoming 2025). In addition, to The Essence of a Woman, Ignite Your Faith and Health-a-Pedia also became International Bestsellers around the globe.

The anthology, published by Health-A-Pedia Publishing, Inc., features high-profile contributors such as acclaimed actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish, peace advocate Dr. Khalilah Camacho Ali (former wife of Muhammad Ali), and HRH Princess Dr. Moradeun Ogunlana, UN Ambassador from Nigeria. Each contributor shares their journey, providing a powerful testament to personal transformation and the universal strength of women.

I received my degree in advertising/marketing and worked full–time as an art director for the World Bank and USAID public health contracts—but that wasn’t enough for my creative spirit. So, I formed my company, ImageWerks with my late husband in 1999 and in 2011 I became certified as a Creatively Fit^tm Coach. Looking back, I recognize that I had morphed myself from doing just graphic design to more creative endeavors of photography, fine art and writing. I became a creationeer—connecting creativity and imagination in both my life & business. While still doing my photography and art, I took the time to publish 3 coloring book/journals and writing more about how I’ve grown as an artist and a person. My chapter in this book, ‘The Transformative Power of Creativity” talks about how creativity is one of the most important things we can embrace as a society.
